What women want..
Just in case anyone here is even considering getting one then stay away from headless basses like Steinbergers, women HATE the way they look and it suggests to them that the bass player has a broken penis (I never understood why women avoided me after gigs since im not really a bad looking guy, but now i know!)

Nah - my wife is saving for my 40th prezzie - Status headless 5 string, with LEDS, lasers, built in wireless - the whole smash!

I was once asked if I knew how to satisfy a woman - I had to reply that whilst I did, my credit rating was not good enough to own a credit card.
Paul Cornford's adivce is eerily accurate: buy guitars that are the same colour... the shape can vary vastly but the colour must be constant. I think it has something to do with men needing depth perception (to spear wildebeest) and women needing colour perception (to pick fruit)... hence multi-rasking being a trait in women and men being cursory hunters. Which is why the worlds first car showroom for women looked like this:

nooooooooo dontlet her get u A headless bass they look reeeeeeeeeaaally sh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!t imo and ive never liked the way they played it feels almost like trying to drive a car with only one side mirror
