You are right of course.
A hat, especially a top hat, is a splendid garment worn by aristocrats and fashionistas throughout history.
Trousers are functional, everyday items, often overlooked in their importance. Without them we might all get arrested for indecent exposure. (If there's such a thing as decent exposure?)

Anyway, Roland competition entries will be handed over on Monday and I expect a winner will be drawn later next week. Another competition will start as this one finishes

Having checked prices, it's possible that there'll be a bit left over.
