Is there anywhere I can get information on what companys like Sound Control and other main dealers of the time were selling new Les Paul Standards and USA Strats for ?
I used to have a few old issues of the Guitar Mags from the mid 90's, but I think the wife chucked them out ![]() |

Oops. I just chucked out a whole load of guitar mags pre-move.
My 'research', such as it is, suggests that 335s are about the same price now as they were 7 years ago. So they haven't gone up with inflation. Which is nice ![]() |

Most of the old mags I kept are from the mid-80s, but I've managed to find a copy of Guitarist from June 1993...

Ah the old traveling back in time to try and get a cheap guitar that you can then ebay in the present day trick.
I tried that but got stuck on the time machine part.
