Microsoft: DJ Innovators?

Okay, so it’s not really what we’d call DJing (not even in an extremely loose, Ableton Live-era way), but this demo from Microsoft of their new Surface technology along with Vectorform's DJ v2.0 alpha software certainly hints at some interesting possibilities:
